Weight Watchers has changed their program. The points listed on my blog for WW points is for the old Momentum program.

I will be updating my recipes for the new Points Plus program. I am going to list the 4 nutrients needed to calculate the Points Plus for the recipe so that you can easily figure the PP per serving.

I am going to leave the old Momentum Points in case anybody is still following that program.

Oven Fried Chicken

This is a very, very old WW recipe. I have the protein, bread, fat selection information LOL. I no longer measure exactly, so I do not have exact measurements. This one is in the brain now ;)

8 bl/sl chicken breasts
1/2 c. or so flour
salt, pepper and poultry seasoning (just sprinkle it in liberally)
2 eggs and 2T water, beaten
1/2 a gallon ziploc baggie of cornflakes, crushed
2 handfuls of Parmasan or Romano cheese
4 T butter, melted

Use 3 separate dishes. In one put the flour and seasonings. The next put the eggs and water beaten together. The last put the cornflake crumbs and cheese.

Dip chicken pieces in flour, then egg, then cornflakes/cheese. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake at 375F for 30 minutes.

Yummy! You can also use this for bone in chicken pieces, cook 45-60 minutes, until juices run clear. It is also very yummy on pork chops.
