Weight Watchers has changed their program. The points listed on my blog for WW points is for the old Momentum program.

I will be updating my recipes for the new Points Plus program. I am going to list the 4 nutrients needed to calculate the Points Plus for the recipe so that you can easily figure the PP per serving.

I am going to leave the old Momentum Points in case anybody is still following that program.

Scalloped Potatoes with Ham ~ Taste of Home

6 T butter, divided
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
6 c. thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
1 small onion, grated

In a saucepan, melt 4 T butter. Stir in flour, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. Combine potatoes, ham and onion; place half in greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with half of the sauce; repeat layers.

Cover and bake at 375F for 65-76 minutes until potatoes are almost tender. Dot with remaining butter. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20min. longer.

1 cup = 4 WW points if using lean ham and skim milk.
