Weight Watchers has changed their program. The points listed on my blog for WW points is for the old Momentum program.

I will be updating my recipes for the new Points Plus program. I am going to list the 4 nutrients needed to calculate the Points Plus for the recipe so that you can easily figure the PP per serving.

I am going to leave the old Momentum Points in case anybody is still following that program.

In a large skillet, brown chicken in 2 T butter on both sides. Transfer to a greased 11x7" baking dish. In the same skillet, saute mushrooms in the remaining butter until tender. Add the broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil;c ook for 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 1/2 c. Spoon over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 15 min. Sprinkle with cheeses and green onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or until the chicken juices run clear.

YIELD: 4 servings
